In order for this part to function properly, the layer thickness must be adjusted to a very low setting (0.1mm), allowing the spheres to maintain their roundness and ensuring that the joints move smoothly. Additionally, supports are necessary because the connection points hang suspended in mid-air. To prevent the spheres from detaching from the build plate, I set the support angle quite shallow (40°). The parts turned out incredibly robust when printed with three perimeters and no infill. By experimenting with different hole diameters, I found a configuration that works perfectly for my setup; however, if you encounter any issues due to varying tolerances, please don't hesitate to reach out, as I can modify the part to accommodate your specific needs.
