Lego Batwing
myminifactory
I'm working on an update to my son's Batman collection. I designed the Batwing in the style of Tim Burton's Batman movie, spending most of my time training myself in Fusion360 and making sure my son is happy with the result. However, some parts didn't show up correctly when slicing: it missed two front pieces. But instead of looking bad, they looked like intakes for the nose piece - a nice accident. I printed the model with 10% infill since I wasn't sure if it would fail or not, but it turned out pretty good. For a stronger print and a nicer finish, I recommend using 25% infill. I need to check my print settings, though. I'm no modeling expert - this took me quite some time in F360, and the STL file has some flaws. If you decide to print this for your kid, don't forget to sand off the sharp edges. By the way, I recently won a small YouTube channel focused on quadcopters, 3D printers, and other small tech - check it out if you're interested!
