You can find my battle droid head model at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2422990. Now you can make your own version of Roger Freemaker! I've got you covered if you're missing or broken parts from your battle droid. Just check out these replacement designs I've come up with. These designs fit standard Lego Battle Droid parts perfectly, so you won't have any issues there. The legs and arms print great without supports, but the arms do their best work when printed with a raft. If you're having trouble with the joints, just ream them out with a 1/8" drill bit. I've also included a few different arm designs to give you some extra variety. You can mix and match these with your other battle droid parts to create a unique look. I printed this model on my M3D micro using ABS-R material in grey and blue.
