Here I present a custom LEGO Batman plane consisting of four printable components: the plane itself, two machine guns, and the seat, each meticulously designed to adhere strictly to LEGO dimensions. I have carefully prepared all four components for printing without any modification in scale or rotation, ensuring seamless assembly. However, the plane will necessitate the inclusion of supports in its rear stabilizer and exhausts, as evident from the accompanying picture. The machine guns and seat should be securely fastened together using cyanoacrylate or another suitable adhesive. The seat has been designed to conform to official LEGO dimensions, but its optimal fitment relies heavily on each 3D printer's calibration. Consequently, you may need to print multiple seats before achieving the perfect adjustment, depending on your printer's settings. I successfully printed all four components using a 0.10mm layer thickness, a printing speed of 60mm/s, and an infill density of 30%, resulting in remarkably detailed prints that took approximately 14 hours to complete.
