Here's a custom LEGO Batman plane that consists of four separate components: the plane itself, two machine guns, and a specialized seat designed specifically for LEGO dimensions. To prepare these parts for printing, I've made sure to scale them correctly without any modifications or rotations. However, it's worth noting that the plane will require additional support in its rear stabilizer and exhaust areas, as illustrated in the accompanying picture. The machine guns and seat can be securely attached using cyanoacrylate or another suitable adhesive. Notably, I designed the seat with official LEGO dimensions in mind, but its perfect fitment ultimately depends on each 3D printer's unique settings and adjustments. To achieve optimal results, I recommend printing all components with a layer height of 0.10mm, a speed of 60mm/s, and an infill percentage of 30%. This particular combination yielded impressive details and took approximately 14 hours to complete.
