Designing a Custom LEGO Case for the Arduino Uno Microcontroller Board In an effort to protect and showcase the Arduino Uno board while also incorporating the versatility of LEGO bricks, I set out to create a custom casing using these iconic plastic blocks. The goal was not only to encase the microcontroller safely but also to make it easily accessible for future modifications or upgrades. To begin this project, I started by researching existing Arduino cases and LEGO creations that could serve as a foundation for my design. This research allowed me to identify key features such as size, weight, and aesthetic appeal that would be necessary for my custom case. With a clear vision in mind, I began designing the case using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The design had to accommodate all the components of the Arduino Uno board while also being sturdy enough to withstand normal use. LEGO bricks were then used to bring the design to life, providing both structural support and an attractive aesthetic. Each brick was carefully selected based on its color, shape, and size to ensure a cohesive look. The final product is a unique LEGO casing that not only protects the Arduino Uno but also showcases it in a visually appealing way. This custom case serves as a perfect blend of functionality and creativity, demonstrating what can be achieved when combining technology with imagination.
