This is one link of the Lego caterpillar-track (or tank track). I took careful measurements to ensure accuracy. EDIT Sept 5th 2019: The new V7 Version has a flat surface on top of the bolt, allowing links to slide together easily at a 90-degree angle. I also modified the underside for easier printing, requiring only two supports as shown in the picture. In fact, I printed it without supports and cut away just two tiny parts with a knife. V1 is the original model featuring a clip-mechanism that tends to break when printed on FDM Printers. V2 is a version with two holes, allowing users to cut pieces from 3mm filament and use them as bolts. There's an optional chamfer for hotpress versions or using glue to secure bolts in place.
