LEGO 45544 Mindstorms EV3 Battery Charging Dock Station For 5 Batteries

We had to deal with charging batteries for EV3 in our school. So I have made this design for charging more batteries at the same time in an elegant way. Also, this saved us some money, since original charging adaptors are pretty expensive, even though they are just simple power supplies. EV3 batteries use BMS which can accept and handle 12V with no problem. The connector for charging batteries is 3.5 x 1.35mm. Connector for DC input is 5.5 x 2.1mm. The screws at the bottom are M3 with 10mm in length. I also made a power distribution PCB to connect all connectors together, protect each output and make it more simple, but it is not perfect yet. I will also post a video, showing how to build this charging station. Printed with PLA and 15% infill. Simple soldering required!
