Lego 4095 Output shaft
thingiverse
The 4095 Lego kit features a marvelous programmable brick-hub with 2 motorized Technic axel output splines. Unfortunately, I got both of them severely damaged on mine. It took me 18 years to repair the brick. If you happen to have run into the same problem, this might make the solution easier for you. Please note: the tolerances don't match the original perfectly, so the splines might be a little too tight after printing. It will wear out over time anyway. I printed them with 0.1 mm layers on 0.3 mm nozzle, in ABS plastic. The gear turns out the best with organic supports from PrusaSlicer. Fun fact: all lego parts are also made of ABS, so the material remained the same after replacement. Please lower the speeds for small perimeters to 15mm/s or lower, otherwise the top nub that acts as an axis might get distorted.
