This is a LEGO Brick 2X3. The "F" designation indicates that this brick is flat, making it impossible to attach any other bricks on top of it. Its size matches that of the small brick I previously shared, where three small bricks equal one large brick. Notably, while similar in design to the brick with the code 6156667, this particular brick does not require a white color scheme. As is standard practice, I've provided two versions: a STL file and the original SketchUp design file that I created myself.
