This is a LEGO Brick 1X4. The "J" means that the brick is a jumper, so you can connect other brick over the middle of this one. The size is the same as the small one I published in the past. ( 3 small bricks = 1 large brick) . This piece is of my own design, but it is inspired by other jumper bricks and plates.
