This converts the standard 130-type motor to lego compatibility. To do so, the flange must be secured to the motor and the axle adapter attached to the shaft via adhesive. I created this project to replicate the construction method used in early Lego Technic kits with motors, reminiscent of those from the eighties. At that time, you had to build gearboxes with unusually high gear ratios to make those early motors, which were essentially torque-less (operating on 4.5v), function effectively. The RC car design I previously posted demonstrates one feasible approach to achieving this functionality.
