It's Legion as a pen holder, his arms are a bit askew, and I had to crank up the print scale to about 3400% for it to come out right. I used Garry's Mod to position the model just so, then snapped off 150 photos with the in-game camera before uploading them to Agisoft Photoscan - voilà!
