A commisar for the Legion of Metal chapter, might just work as a Commisar Proxy for an Astra Militarum army. Armed with Rocketshooter and sword of chain. This is a work in progress, don't really feel that Im totally done with this one yet. Have not tried printing this yet, but if you feel like trying he should be scaled to 85%
