Legends Ultimate restrictor plates and caddy

This is a remix as I found the previous plates did not restrict my joystick and allowed the corners to work on the 4 way plates. The original mounting plate by KevinLeeC is perfect so I just remixed the gates and added smaller dust plates as the factory plates would hit the lift tab on the plate. For eight way games just leave the mounting plate blank and let the dust plates drop in. I also added a pry tool that won't scratch the mount when removing the plate, an install plate to perfectly center the mount (just remove the ball and slip the plate down with 2 sided tape on the mount), and a caddy to hold your plates and pry tool. This kit works on the newer legends ultimate unit with a joystick shaft that measures 12.8mm diameter. I printed the restrictor plates with supports to eliminate any filament sag that won't let the plates sit flat in the mount plate, and printed the pry tool at 75 infill for strength.
