Leg extension for Sam_Makes_Toys' Microplex

Sam made a very nice Deluxe sized Metroplex with some short legs. I thought I'd try to make them longer by creating this part. It pegs in below the thigh. This adds about 15mm of height. Since I modified a portion of the original model's leg to make this part, I did get permission to post it. Parts have been pre-positioned and require support.
