Lefty cable guide
thingiverse
I've got a fat caad and needed to replace the lower cable guide which had been replaced with zip ties at some point - which had caused the brake line to be kinked as the cable couldn't slide through. I couldn't find any in stock locally, they were out of stock online at most places, and some of them were discontinued (I think... it was a while back when I was looking). I looked around but was unable to find a design I liked. This design maintains the easy installation of the original cannondale design with the opening at the loop so it will easily install around an existing cable/hydraulic line. Created in fusion 360, generated the 3 sizes that cannondale used to sell. Uses a heatset insert (the voron style 3mm id x 5mm od x 3.85mm L style) and 3mm screw of an appropriate length. I think I used a 10 or 12mm. I printed mine in ASA and used a stainless screw. The side with the hook houses the screw head, and the side with the nub gets the heatset insert.
