Lefty Bike Stand
thingiverse
I just purchased a brand new Cannondale Scalpel with a Lefty fork! I wanted a fork mount so the bike can free stand in my van or truck, like I have with my regular forks, so I designed this. They sell something similar for like $70 on Amazon. I made mine for less than a couple bucks. It's printed out of ABS filament so it's a little stronger and will hold up in the heat, but PLA or PETG would probably work as well. You do need an M10-1.0 x 20mm long socket head cap screw. This is a fine thread and not the standard pitch. I purchased mine for $.69 from a local fastener supplier, but they are also sold on McMaster.com. After all the parts are printed out, insert the screw into the base then super glue the cap on the base holding the screw in place. Next, super glue the knob onto the screw head. Happy mountain biking!
