I recently upgraded to a SKR2 board. There were no sides available for the ports of the SKR2. I mixed this in tinker cad. I added a slot for a PI Cam on this side as well. I also made the screw slots a little thicker so there is less chance of them breaking off. The original design is fantastic, but it just wasn't right for some of my needs. Hopefully this helps out others. I find it important to note, you cannot power a PI4 with this design through the USB. You MUST use a buck converter and attach it to the Power pins.
