I'm absolutely crazy about Satoer's Bowden feeder, which can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:159159. I've tried out and printed numerous different extruders/feeders, but this one stood out as the least prone to jamming, looked fantastic, and was incredibly easy and convenient to use.
