Leeuwenhoek microscope

This is an affordable and compact pocket microscope with a 4mm lens that allows users to observe items like blood cells, epithelial cells, and objects of similar size if prepared properly on basic science microscope slides. To assemble this device, two adjustable screws with nuts and washers are required, as well as a lens and thread taps for the lens and screws. I used a M12x0.5 tap for the 4mm CCTV lens purchased from eBay and 38mm Allen key M3 bolts for the adjustment screws. Double sets of lock nuts can be employed as thumbscrews to adjust the specimen holder, while a small amount of glue or loctite will secure the lock nuts in place. The coupler block is threaded with a M3 tap, enabling users to adjust the position of the specimen holder. However, some adjustment may be necessary using a file to achieve a snug fit.
