Your Square Ratchet is Probably Worn Out. It's Simply a Piece of Plastic, So I Modeled and Printed a Replacement in About Ten Minutes. You'll Want to Use a Plastic That Bonds Layers Very Nicely. I Used PETG. ABS May Also Work, But I'm Not Sure. Let Me Know If It Does. You Want a Loose Fit on the Rod with This Piece. If It Is Not, Try Scaling it Down or Up a Bit. Print Settings Printer: Kossel XL Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Post-Printing It Works
