I'm sharing a design for Lee's Miami Fishing Rod Holder Insert, which my friend requested me to replicate and now I'm posting it here for anyone who needs one. Using Tinkercad, I created this insert with measurements that are close to perfect circles, despite some minor imperfections. The small hole at the center is likely used to secure the hooks in place.
