This is a sample file for the Lee Pro1000 Case Separator Collator Insert (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3380330). Use this file as a reference to set your parameters according to your specific setup. Variables used: RES = Resolution. This setting determines the polygon count, resulting in smoother curves. It's recommended not to exceed 100 to achieve optimal results. CDA = Case Diameter Adjustment. This variable is crucial as it sets the width of the sieve holes. After experimenting with my printer setup, I found that a 0.5mm CDA allows 9mm cases to pass through while keeping .40 out. Adjust this value according to your specific setup; you may need to enter a negative number. STN = Sieve Thickness. This setting controls the thickness of the object. I'm satisfied with 2mm, but you might prefer a sturdier or lighter sieve, depending on your needs.
