Remove the metai with the handle from lee perfect powder measure. Use the screws from the handle to hold the printed part. Use 4 or 2 m3 to assemble the stepper mount and encoder. used 2 m4 to hold the stepper mount onto the lee stand. It uses the encoder to figure out when to stop and go up. I will add more details if this is confusing and more interest is there for this project.
