I printed a new lid since mine was nowhere to be found. Below is the OpenScad file, which is incredibly straightforward - you can easily resize it to suit different dimensions and fit lids that slip on smoothly. 08-01-2015 I added version 2 after using this design for a while; I realized it needed a slight overhang to make handling much easier.
