On my rifle seating dies, I enjoy having a micrometer adjustment. For my pistol calibers, I wanted that ability too, but I did not want to buy all new seating dies, as those are quite expensive. So, I came up with a less expensive option, my "Franken Seater Die". It's a Hornady Microjust Seating Stem on a Lee seating die, using a 3D printed adapter. I did need a spacer piece for the micrometer to reach the die's seating plug and give it a reasonable adjusting range. The height of that plug can be adjusted if necessary. So far, it is working well.
