LEE Low Primer Warning - Sensor Adapter
thingiverse
You need a peep when you run out of primers when reloading? For my LEE presses I use now this:Adapter to mount a proximity sensor to many LEE reloading presses, e.g. six pack pro, app press or maybe newer pro 1000 with the triangular primer tray (pro 1000 not tested). The adapter snaps right in the primer-trough of the press and the primer folding tray snaps in on top.Additional needed parts to make it functional: Proximity sensor (see description attached)LED (I used a 5 mm red LED)Resistor 1 k Ohm (1.000 Ohm)For wiring see the scheme in the gallery abovePart prints just fine incl. the threads for the sensor. I used a Bambulab A1 mini, 0.4 nozzle, set to fine resolution (0.12 mm) with Bambulab Tough PLA. Supports only on build plate. Part oriented with the threaded connector to the top and the "slide" towards the build plate. Thanks to db1337 for coming up with this idea!
