This spacer is used for the new/latest generation Lee Loadmaster. It is used to provide the perfect distance for the loadmaster case feeder. This particular spacer is used for the 9mm. This is not threaded. Just place the spacer on top of the case feeder tube mount (with first nut tightened on top of bolt. Then set the spacer/threaded rod onto the tube mount and simply tightened the remaining two nuts up underneath the mount. Pictures included to show how to set it up.
