Partially seat 5.56mm bullets into primed and charged cases. Basically I would prime and charge cases while watching TV, and after a thorough inspection, would need to carefully carry them to where the press was in another room. After one false step and a fall, $45 of powder was thrown across the living room. I then resolved to devise a contraption to cap off the cases so the powder wouldn't spill if I dropped them like a dumbass again. What better thing to cap the cases off than with the bullet itself? This is sized for 5.56mm as thats what I'm loading atm for competition.
