The origin of this rifle was circa 1896. this version served in WW1 and WWII with different MK's. Note the telescopic sight was offset to one side to allow ammo clips to be fed from the top, this was Changed for WWII to be in line with the barrel with a better approach to loading reloading using magazines feed from underneath - they could have done this in WWI not sure why not. Included a preview of the finished rifle.
