Summary Scale to 2540% if it's too small. Simplify3D will do this automatically (another of the many reasons to pony up for a license.) The original rolling handle ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4353210 ) doesn't roll properly since the inner race of the bearing sticks against the flat bottom of the bearing cut outs. Proper design requires a smaller cutout below the inner race of the bearing, allowing it to spin freely. This version rolls 10 times better. Just use a Nylock nut and tighten up the M8 or 5/16 bolt just enough to that the your preferred amount of rolling action is still possible. Use PLA Plus or ABS for best results.
