This is a LEDRing Lamp for a ring of 24 Neopixels. It consists of a base that takes an ESP32 Devkit V1 MCU and the Neopixel ring and diffusors that are sit on top of the base. The instructions there are much better than anything I would write - so get your software right from the source. The software provides a web server that allows to control the Lamp from a cell phone browser.
