My kid requested me to create some lights for his bicycle wheels. This requires a standard 5mm LED and three AG10 coin batteries. Simply insert a small wire into the base shaft until it sticks out into the battery compartment. The batteries are placed with the positive terminal facing up. Push the shorter leg of the LED through the filler plate hole, then bend it 90 degrees and trim the end. Bend the longer leg 90 degrees outward and another 90 degrees down when you reach the cap's brim. This long leg will connect to the wire in the base when clipped together. Print the cap upside down. Please let me know if you build one so I can refine the design.
