Printable Bits for Upgrading a Monolith to Use LEDs. The crystal features a hole for a 5mm LED at its bottom. To print it, I used Glass PET-G with zero percent infill, five bottom layers, and three walls, eliminating the need for support. The portal is comprised of two parts: the holder and the event horizon. The holder has a hole for a 5mm LED on one side, allowing the other side to accommodate the portal. After installing the LED, I would insert something to diffuse the light onto it. For this purpose, I employed translucent silicone as shown in the picture. The portal itself was printed with Glass PET-G and 100 percent infill to prevent any internal holes from forming.
