The traffic light base is secured by a tightly sealed lid. A 9-volt battery, along with any necessary electronics and an on/off switch, are carefully placed inside the base. In the accompanying video, ATtiny85 activates the LEDs after being programmed using Arduino. Those who aren't comfortable with electronics can simply use a three-position switch for manual control of the traffic light.
