UPDATE AUGUST 14,2019 - The original uploaded 35MM LED PCB Mount Small file was corrupt. A NEW file has been uploaded today (file size = 28KB). This LED Tilt Light Mount uses a DOLLAR TREE Store 100-Lumen LED Lantern and was inspired by this "Simple tiltable snap-in frame for G4-type LED lamps" by enif: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:192377. The DOLLAR TREE Store description is Super Bright Outdoor Lantern, 5x2.875 in. SKU #279443 as listed on their website: https://www.dollartree.com/super-bright-outdoor-lanterns-5x2875-in/279443. This LED Lantern is disassembled by removing the battery cover and removing the inside round screw. Be careful not to lose the POWER BUTTON after disassembly. Pulling apart the housing reveals the wiring and LED PCB board. Remove the flat head screw securing this board. Note the polarity of the wires to this PCB and cut/solder on a suitable length of wires for remote mounting of this LED board. I used an 8-inch length of #24AWG dual-conductor stereo speaker wire. Four files are provided for this tiltable LED mount: LED PCB circuit board mount (note file size = 28KB), Mounting bracket with holes (either medium or short length), Battery Cover, and none at all. No hardware is required for the LED PCB tilt mount held in the brackets; it simply fits snugly. Bend PLA parts under hot water to achieve your desired degree of firmness. The battery cover can be pressed fit into place, or secured with tape. Reassemble and mount as you like. I used ZIP TIES to secure the battery housing for my use, while hardware is used to secure the bracket. This LED lantern runs on 3-AA batteries, drawing an approximate current of 400MA.
