LED Tape Lighting Bar
thingiverse
I wanted to install some LED lighting underneath my bookshelf but couldn't rely on the adhesive-backed LED tape for a secure hold. I also wanted to organize the connections between the LEDs and the 12-volt transformer, so I created a box with a lid for the connectors and a housing that screws onto the underside of the shelving unit. The LEDs fit snugly into the shallow groove of the housing without needing adhesive. Each section of housing is approximately 200mm long. You will need to order a starting piece, an ending piece, and multiple center pieces to achieve your desired length of lighting. For example, I used one start piece, one end piece, and four center pieces to create a 1.2-meter-long lighting strip. **Print Settings:** * Material: PETG * Resolution: 0.2mm * Speed: 40mm/s * Nozzle Temperature: 230° * Bed Temperature: 70° * Infill Percentage: 25% * Brim Width: 4mm
