Mounting Clips for LED Light Strips on Furniture Made Easy. For my LED light strip, I required clips that would securely fasten it in place. The strip itself measured a width of 11 millimeters by 3 millimeters in height. My shelf, however, had a width of 19 millimeters, presenting a challenge to find the perfect clip size.
