LED Strip mount

LED Strip mount

thingiverse

This is a mounting solution for white LEDs with an 8mm width. It's being used in an Ender 3 Ikea Lack enclosure setup. No glue is required, as it uses small screws instead. The LED strip holder clicks easily into place, making the mount process straightforward. However, removing the holder from the mount can be a bit tricky, especially when dealing with corner parts, which are notoriously difficult to work with. To avoid any frustration, I recommend sliding out the holder if you need to remove some components from the mount. The LED strip itself slides into the holder smoothly and without issue. For best results, I would advise against using PLA for this project due to its brittleness. Instead, opt for a more durable material that can withstand the demands of the setup. As for the corner parts, I've decided not to use them myself because they require additional work - soldering LED strips onto each corner is a tedious task, and the resulting product isn't particularly practical.
