I had to rig up something to secure my LED strip light against the ceiling of my enclosures so that it wouldn't be shining right in my face. Using an LED strip (I picked mine up on Amazon) is a really cheap way to illuminate your enclosure. However, I realized that double-sided tape just won't last forever, which led me to look for something more mechanical. That's when I stumbled upon this clip designed for a #6 wood screw countersink. I've been working with 1/4" HDPE and 0.177" acrylic sheet from Zoro, and so far it seems like this clip should work just fine.
