LED Strip Light Frame

LED Strip Light Frame

thingiverse

I decided to add some lighting to my printer using a roll of cheap 8mm, 12v, 6000k stick-on strip lights that can be cut to size. So, I created a frame in four parts, featuring an overlocking section for gluing the pieces together to form the complete frame. I didn't drill any holes initially because I wasn't certain whether I would attach it directly to my Anet A8 frame or screw it on instead. Ultimately, I marked where I needed the holes while aligning it with the printer and secured it using screws. Then, I ran the LED wire through one of the mounting holes for the frame and connected it to the power supply. This design incorporates shielding to prevent glare from the light.
