What's going on here? ========== The [Havox photo studio](https://www.havox.com/collections/hpb-xd/products/hpb-80xd) employs hooks for led strips in a plastic that shatters like glass. You must pry them open because they are too snug around the pipes for no good reason. This setup is more forgiving and made from PETG, allowing you to easily open them. However, there's still a weak point - the screw "nut" is prone to breaking, so be careful when tightening it.
