These are custom-sized pieces based on Sadkin's design to allow for the full gantry to have LED strips. To assemble the entire kit, print 2x 100mm and 1x 80mm covers for each vertical axis and 2x 100mm and 1x horizontal cover, which is resized to fit. Attach the vertical covers before the horizontal cover so that everything fits together tightly, designed to have the horizontals fit between the verticals. For the Z brace lights, use 2x 100mm and 1x 50mm on each side. Printed in Esun clear PETG, as printing in cheap natural PLA resulted in a brittle finish. The voltage converter fits in front of the power supply at the machine's front. Once attached, determine wire lengths for connections. Join wires for the gantry and right Z brace light to one wire and left to another using quick connects and sleeving for neatness. All connections must be hot soldered and shrink tubed. To assemble the printed pieces: Gantry Sides: Attach 2x 100mm LED holders and 1x 50mm LED holder. Gantry Horizontal: Attach 2x 100mm, 1x 75mm LED holder. Place LED strip from right side to left, ensuring it reaches the corner and forms a sharp angle for proper fit. Then attach LED covers, 2x 100mm, and 1x 80mm on vertical sides and 2x 100mm and 1x horizontal cover for the horizontal side. Z Braces: Attach 3x 100mm LED clips for each side, 2x 100mm, and 1x 50mm LED covers for each side with a zip tie at the bottom to prevent wire tug.
