This clip securely attaches to an LED strip, allowing you to screw it directly into a wooden surface. The LED strip measures 8mm by 0.45mm in width and features a 12mm gap between each LED at the cut line. As a result, the clip has ample clearance to clip snugly between the LEDs without any issues. I designed this clip specifically for use with #6 flat-head construction screws, but it should work just as well with other small-sized screws - its screw hole is 3.5mm in diameter. To print these clips, I recommend printing a platter of them on their side and using a raft to ensure they adhere properly to the bed. I've included a Sketchup file so you can easily modify this design to suit your specific needs.
