LED Strip Clamps (#6 Screw) (Single and Dual Row)
thingiverse
A sleek clip to hold down one or two rows of standard outdoor LED strips, typically covered in silicone. It should print smoothly on its side without any support required, provided the bed adhesion is excellent. I print 20 clips at a time on PEI material. The design is compact enough to fit between the LEDs themselves. The hole is sized for a #6 pan head screw to securely fasten it in place. To get the best results, I recommend placing the clip over the solder joints after cutting them, thereby minimizing heat exposure. Printing the clips in white color is also advisable as it prevents light absorption. The clips have some flexibility due to their design, with the screw underside being 0.2mm shorter than the arm that reaches over the strip, allowing for proper clamping. However, this may cause a problem if printed flat without support, resulting in a failed first layer.
