LED Strip Clamp for Autonomous Stand/Sit Desk

I picked up a set of LED strips from IKEA and wanted to use them as rear illumination for my workspace. Direct lighting always proves too harsh for me, creating reflections that inevitably lead to eye strain. The adhesive on the back of the strips never lasts long - just a few months - and attempting to apply my own didn't yield much better results. So, to the 3D printer I went! I used my trusty 60-year-old calipers to come up with a solution that would fit snugly onto the back of my Autonomous Stand-Sit desk without causing any damage or getting in the way of my equipment. I took the sketches and dimensions to Fusion 360 and quickly produced several versions of this clamp. As you can see from the photo, it holds the LED strip perfectly in place, and gently glides onto the desk using simple tension generated by the curved lower mount. In the final photo, you can see how it softly illuminates the wall behind my gear.
