LED Reflector
thingiverse
I'm working on a small project that requires simple cone reflectors. You can easily repurpose them in your own projects, though. The best prints of these cones are made from ABS plastic, allowing you to use acetone and a shop rag to smooth out the inner walls and increase reflectivity. Once smoothed, paint with a shiny color of your choice for an even more reflective surface. Art glitter can also be used as tiny reflecting surfaces. The second cone print doesn't require supports, providing a direct light source. Cone 45 is a wider-angle reflector at a 45-degree angle.
