Peace Button? Reminding many of a "peace sign," here's a little ditty you can use to get those LEDs in your drawer 'a sparking. The world's simplest flashlight: Perfect Morse Code signal / survivalist light, with an RGB twist! (RED danger message, BLUE cautionary message, GREEN go message!) Designed by an Eagle Scout to work with 1 - 3 independent LEDs, when working with a 4-pin RGB either a common anode, or cathode, can be used. Decidedly low-polly, this design prints quickly. Intent We plan to add a switch-back to it soon, or feel free to remix + add one yourself? If your printer is running "stringy", then you could use a paper-clip wire to clear the holes, if and as required. When bending the color leads, we used a U.S. Penny to provide a reasonable gap above each battery contact point. (The year 1943 seems to work best? ;-) If using the optional "side-on" feature, the "light" and "common" ports may be inverted. -You will also probably want to twist-in a resistor. To avoid unnecessary pain, suffering, and blood loss, be sure to trim-off + turn any excess wire(s) back into their hole. Works with just about any size ("DIP") LED. (i.e. Darwin was an optimist - Use your common sense?) **WARNING:** Standing outside during a lightning storm while holding this device when wearing metal shoes will result in electrocution if you are struck by lightning. Otherwise, when using a common 3V CR2032 as the power source (as shown,) this thing works great and is completely safe to all mammalian life forms, even under water.
