A holder that converts a cheap commercial 50 LEDs Xmas light decoration chain into a light panel that can be used for experiments with directional illumination of plant materials. CAUTION: since the LEDs heat up, prolonged use over 30 min is not recommended, but short light pulse is often enough to elicit phototropic response in dark-adapted plants (such as Lepidium or Arabidopsis).Slight deformation may occur upon prolonged use. This might be solved by using PETG but I did not test it.
